PREFIXXLASH
On arrival please ensure all makeup has been removed including eye makeup, strip lashes and lash glue. Makeup remover is provided on site if this is not possible
Retention of your lashes heavily depends on their cleanliness. For a deeper lash cleanse we are able to provide a lash bath at the cost of £10 to ensure an even higher retention rate. Please give notice during booking if this is required
DEPOSIT
All deposits are non-refundable, if you wish to rearrange a booking, please make sure to give at least 48 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit.
GRACE PERIOD
LashFixx operates on a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. Lateness will be deducted from your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel/reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment before booking again. No shows will be black listed from booking in again until the missed appointment has been paid in full.
INFILLS
To classify as an infill, a minimum of 50% of lashes must remain (at managers discretion). Infills over 3.5-4 weeks will automatically be charged as a full set.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not provided, however LashFixx keeps their customer satisfaction as a top priority and will try their very best to rectify and solve any problems. Please inform LashFixx within 3 days if you have any issues regarding your lashes. After 3 days, a fee will be required.
OUT OF HOUR
If you require an appointment outside of my set working hours, there will be an additional charge of £15.
FOREIGN INFILLS
Foreign infills will have an additional charge of £5.

AFTERFIXXLASH
AVOID
Moisture from showers, sun beds & saunas for 24hrs. Sleeping on your face.Oil-based products around your eyes as it breaks down the lash glue.
NEVER
Use an eyelash curler, mascara or strip lashes on your extensions.
Attempt to remove your own lashes as this will cause damage and pull out the natural lashes.
DO
Cleanse your lashes regularly using our very own LashFixx shampoo. This will ensure the right sanitation of your LashFixx extensions.
AFTERFIXXLVL
AVOID
Getting your lashes wet for 24hrs.
Steam, saunas and swimming for 48hrs Touching, rubbing or introducing foreign bodies or contaminants into the.
Treatment Area
Disturbing lashes (eg. when sleeping, cleaning your face or applying face products).
Perming lashes or using a lash curler.
Strong sunlight or UV light.
Mascara can be applied after 24hrs.
HD BROWS AVOID
Excessive rubbing or touching the treated area for 24hrs.
Contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 48hrs.
