Your appointment will include a consultation to ensure your ideal look is achieved. How you spend the rest of your appointment is totally up to you! Take the time to have a lash nap or enjoy free therapy, courtesy of your lash tech.

Lash extensions typically last 2-3 weeks before a refill is needed, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare.

For lashes : Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid using oil-based products for 24 hours prior to your appointment to ensure the best bond for the extensions.

For brows: Avoid exfoliating and anti-aging products around the brow area for three days either side of your treatment. Avoid tanning products on the face for three days either side of your treatment.

For lashes: In the first 24-48 hours, avoid getting your lashes wet, sunbed's and saunas. Do not sleep on your face and stay away from oil-based products. Gently cleanse your lashes regularly to keep them clean and healthy. You must never use an eyelash curler, mascara or strip lashes on your extensions. Attempting to remove your own lashes will damage the natural lashes.

For LVL: Avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours. Avoid stea, sauna and swimming for 48 hours. Avoid touching, rubbing or introducing foreign bodies to the treatment area. Avoid disturbing your lashes when sleeping, cleaning your face or applying face products.  Mascara can be applied after 24 hours.

For HD Brows: Avoid excessive rubbing or touching the treated area for 24 hours. Avoid contact with direct sunlight sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 48 hours.
